Welcome to Sauna Central Inc. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, WWW.SAUNACENTRAL.CA (the “Site”), and your purchase of products from Sauna Central Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using the Site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Products and Services

1.1 Product Information

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our saunas and related products. However, we do not guarantee that the product descriptions or images are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

1.2 Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply and to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

2. Orders and Payment

2.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that are suspected of being fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

2.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of order placement as per payment schedules outlined upon agreement and noted through an invoice. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our merchant invoices. All payments are processed securely. Once a deposit has been made for a product it is strictly non-refundable. a final balance due date is indicated within an invoice provided through our merchant ‘Square’ and is upheld and extended into ‘Block Inc’ payment policies. 

2.3 Overdue Balances

final balances are due upon set invoice date. failure to provide full payment may result in actions including but not limited to asset repossession. Sauna Central Inc Reserves the right to maintain all ‘assets’ in relation to our products within our legal ownership until a final balance is paid. 

2.4 Partial Payments/Partial Orders

If your order contains multiple items, your deposit will be spread out evenly according to the items on your order (ie. 3 Saunas on a single invoice, with a $6000 deposit is assumed to be a $2000 deposit per sauna). Should you choose to receive your order in partial items then your balance will be calculated on a per item basis – But the original invoice will still be upheld for the remaining items and your remaining deposit will be held.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and the weight of the products ordered. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

3.2 Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided upon order and are based on availability and your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or other factors beyond our control.

3.3 Installation Dates

Assigned Installation Dates are subject to change upon notice. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or other factors beyond our control – such as weather conditions.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and undamaged products within 5 days of receipt for a partial half-value refund. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for instructions.

4.2 Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping charges.

4.3 Price Changes

At Sauna Central Inc, we reserve the right to adjust the prices of our products at any time due to various factors, including but not limited to Lumber costs, supply chain fluctuations, demand, market conditions, and promotional periods. Once a purchase is made, the price at the time of the transaction will apply, and no refunds, reimbursements, or adjustments will be issued if the price of the product changes afterward. Please ensure you are satisfied with the price before completing your purchase.

4.4 Unforeseen Circumstances

If you are expecting delivery and/or installation, but an unforeseen circumstance has caused some preventions – sauna central inc. will do its best to reschedule and accommodate a different delivery solution. however, refunds or reimbursements due to unforeseen circumstances will not be given.

5. Warranty

5.1 Limited Warranty

We offer a limited warranty on our saunas as detailed in our warranty documentation. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications. Furthermore, Our Warranty Is Limited Strictly To The Products We Sell And Services We Provide. Any Electrical or Plumbing Services are not covered under our warranty and are not valid for reimbursement.

5.2 Claim Procedure

To make a warranty claim, contact our customer service team with proof of completeley paid purchase and a description of the defect. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the claim.

5.3 Service Appointments

Sauna Central Inc and associated installers and/or service persons will attend to service requests on a per-basis schedule. Per-basis schedule means such that upon availability – one of our team members may attend a service request without the necessity of the home owner present as long as there is ease of access to the sauna. consent to access the property is assumed as long as an installation has begun – and sauna central products or property is on the premise. If access to the sauna is only available through locked or gated routes then consent from the property owner will be requested.

6. Services

Sauna Central Inc will attend to repairs, reinstallation, and other requests as a “service” request. 

6.1 Service Requests

At Sauna Central Inc, we provide services solely for products purchased directly from us. Our responsibility for service or maintenance is limited to items purchased from Sauna Central Inc, and we cannot be held liable for any damage, loss, or issues arising from service requests for products not purchased from our company.

If you request service or maintenance for a product that was not purchased from Sauna Central, we disclaim any responsibility for the outcome of such services, including but not limited to any damage, defects, or malfunctions that may occur as a result.

For optimal service and warranty coverage, we recommend that all requests for repairs, maintenance, or installation be made only for products purchased directly from Sauna Central.

6.2 Installations

When Noted “Prices Include Installation”

The price of our sauna or Tub/plunge products includes basic assembly and setup of the unit as delivered. This includes the unboxing, assembly, and placement of the sauna or Tub/plunge at the location specified by the customer.

Please note that electrical hookup, plumbing, or chiller connections are not included in the standard assembly service. 

Any services required for electrical, plumbing, or chiller installations must be arranged separately by the customer and are not part of the standard installation package. As such, Electrical or Plumbing Services are also not covered under our warranty and are not valid for reimbursement. Customers are responsible for ensuring that appropriate utility connections (e.g., electrical outlets or water supply) are available at the installation site, and any additional services related to these utilities will be charged separately.

For electrical or plumbing services, we recommend contacting a licensed professional to ensure proper installation.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership
All content on our Site, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Sauna Central Inc. or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

7.2 Use of Content
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our Site without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without any extended warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sauna Central Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.3 Usage Liability & Assumption Of Risk 

By purchasing, installing, accessing, renting, participating in demonstrations of, or otherwise using any sauna products or equipment provided by Sauna Central Inc., the user, customer, participant, property owner, or operator acknowledges and agrees that sauna use involves inherent risks, including but not limited to heat exposure, dehydration, dizziness, burns, electrical hazards, slips or falls, and potential health complications. All individuals who use or permit the use of Sauna Central Inc. products do so voluntarily and at their own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sauna Central Inc., including its owners, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners, shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, accident, death, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from or related to the use, misuse, installation, operation, or presence of any sauna product supplied by Sauna Central Inc.

This limitation of liability applies, without limitation, to:
    •    Residential installations, including saunas installed in private homes or residential properties;
    •    Commercial installations, including saunas used in gyms, spas, wellness facilities, hotels, rental properties, or other commercial environments; and
    •    Event, promotional, or demonstration use, including temporary sauna installations or trial experiences at events, exhibitions, activations, or public gatherings.

Customers, operators, event organizers, and participants assume full responsibility for ensuring the safe use, supervision, and operation of sauna equipment and for complying with all applicable safety guidelines, health considerations, and local regulations. By using Sauna Central Inc. products or services, users agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sauna Central Inc. from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from such use.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site or purchase of products after any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Certifications

Sauna Central Inc. sells its saunas strictly as removable wooden structures and does not provide any certifications, including but not limited to electrical, WETT (Wood Energy Technology Transfer), or other City approvals. It is the sole responsibility of the client to obtain any required certifications, permits, or inspections based on local building codes, electrical standards, or other applicable regulations. By purchasing from Sauna Central Inc., the client acknowledges and agrees that all compliance-related obligations beyond the structure itself rest entirely with them.
